Who we are
Meiree Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated company. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit meiree.com or get in touch with us. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
About this policy
This policy covers meiree.com only. Meiree operates additional products and tools under subdomains of meiree.com. Each product maintains its own separate privacy policy that governs the data it collects. Links to those policies are available on each product's site.
What we collect
This site has no forms, no cookies and no analytics. It loads its header and footer from cdn.meiree.com, which is our own domain, hosted by Cloudflare. It makes no other outbound requests, and nothing on it profiles or tracks you.
The only way to contact us from this site is by email, at hello@meiree.com. An email you send us is data we hold because you sent it — your address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to understand whether and how we can help. That's the entire purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask to join.
Who else handles your data
Cloudflare is the only service provider involved in running this website. It provides hosting, DNS and security, and processes standard request data — such as your IP address — as part of serving and protecting the site. We share only what is necessary for it to perform these functions.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for up to two years so we can pick up conversations where they left off. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@meiree.com.
Your rights under PDPA
You have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Withdraw your consent at any time
To make any of these requests, email hello@meiree.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally — for example, if we add a new tool or service. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
